Used for years as a self-sealing membrane behind our DW-10 series anchors, TeXtroseal is now available for use as a flashing material for masonry walls. Its strength, pliability, ease of use and self-sealing properties combine to make TeXtroseal a superior flashing product.

  • 40 mil (32 mils of rubberized asphalt compound bonded to an 8 mil high density, cross-laminated polyethylene.)
  • Adhesive-backed with removable release paper.
  • Provides dual-layered waterproofing protection.
  • Resists tearing and slicing.
  • Laps easily, just press at overlap.
  • Corners easily formed on site.
