TERMINATION BAR
Sandell®’s Termination Bar is used with an existing support, to secure flashing in place. The application process consists of securing the termination bar in the median of the flashing and the existing back up with self tapping screws.

Available in 1/8” thick x 1” in Stainless Steel, or Aluminum. Pre-punched holes 12” or 16” on center, in 10’ or 12’ lengths.

MASONRY REGLETS
This product is set in the mortar joint to receive flashing and fasten the flashing to the substrate. It is easy to install and inexpensive, leaving the structure with a finished appearance.

Available in 26 gauge galvanized steel or 16 oz. copper in 10’ lengths.

STAINLESS STEEL DRIP EDGE
This product will provide a durable and aesthetically appealing finish for thru-wall or exposed flashing applications.

Available in 8’ or 10’ lengths.
CONCRETE REGLETS
Sandell concrete reglets are designed to secure flashing to poured concrete. Available with a styrofoam filler to prevent concrete seepage, allows for easy and inexpensive installation.

Available in 16 oz. copper, .018" stainless steel or 26 gauge galvanized steel 8' lengths.

DOVETAIL ANCHOR SLOT
Specifically designed to anchor brick to concrete. Manufactured in galvanized or stainless steel.

Available in: Standard Filled, 26 Ga., 217 lbs. per 1,000 lf. Heavy Filled 24 Ga., 272 lbs. per 1,000 lf. 22 Ga. Filled, 323 lbs. per 1,000 lf.
 

CORRUGATED DOVETAIL ANCHORS
Specifically designed to work in conjunction with Dovetail Anchor Slots. Available in 3-1/2" 16 Gauge/Weight is 40 lbs. per carton. 5-1/2" 16 Gauge/Weight is 60 lbs. per carton.
 
 
 

GALVANIZED CORRUGATED WALL TIES
Available in Galvanized 22 and 28 Gauge. Size is 7/8" x 7". Wall ties are packaged 500 per carton.
GROUT SHIELD
Sandell®’s Grout Shield was specifically designed to guard against grout and mortar seepage through block cores. By maintaining and regulating the mortar overflow through the block, designated areas are isolated from the common seepage occurrence. Sandell®’s Grout Shield was not intended to interfere with the mortar bond, but in turn was developed to actually enhance the bonding relationship in the mortar joint. Sandell®’s Grout Shield is composed of a high density, reinforced fiberglass mesh that is capable of enduring enormous amounts of pressure.
PRESTO SEAL
Sandell®’s Presto Seal is most commonly used to prevent air/vapor and moisture from penetrating through masonry curtain walls, construction joints, and fittings around doors and windows. Acceptable surfaces include pre-cast concrete, plywood, metal and concrete block.

STONE ANCHORS
Stone anchors play an intricate role in commercial and industrial construction. They must be strong enough to support high bearing pressure, yet manageable for ease of installation. Sandell®’s Stone Anchors can be easily customized to your specifications. Special bends, openings, and twists etc. can all be implemented based upon the customers request.

DOWELS
Dowels are used in concrete construction to reinforce load transfers, seal concrete joints and primarily to restrain vertical movement between slabs. Sandell®’s Dowels meet and exceed the standards required for concrete dowel application. Most importantly, Sandell®’s Dowels are available in a variety of sizes and can be customized to any order. 

OSHA – APPROVED REBAR CAPS
Sandell®’s OSHA Approved Rebar Caps prevent injury, by eliminating exposed steel that is potentially hazardous to workers and pedestrians on a jobsite. The 4x4 design, brightly colored exterior, high impact plastic and durable texture provides extensive protection to a construction work zone. Best of all, the product installs in seconds and readily fits a wide range of diameters, such as rebar #3 and #7. This product is in compliance with Federal OSHA standards, and it is reusable, making it environmentally friendly.

MUSHROOM REBAR CAPS
Sandell®’s Mushroom Rebar Caps are used as a protective cover for bolts, pipes, rebar and other protrusions that can be potentially hazardous to workers and equipment. The bright color and sleek exterior creates an illustrative warning that gives advanced notice to avoid possible injury. This device is not intended to prevent impalement or accidental fall protection, it is merely intended to help inform of, and reduce possible danger risks. It is available in two standard sizes that fit a variety of diameters; 1/2” up to 2.25”. 

EXPANSION JOINT CAP
Sandell®’s Expansion Joint Cap is the most effective way to form clean and precise expansion joints. It is by far, the most cost efficient joint filler solution on the market today. What was once a two step process of forming and filling joints, is now completed in one easy step. Before the pour, the expansion joint cap is set in place and the concrete is poured around it. Once the concrete has set, the expansion joint cap is locked in place permanently, creating a perfectly filled joint. In one quick and easy step the joint has been formed, filled and fortified properly. For esthetic purposes, the top of the expansion joint cap is then snapped off, with little, if any effort and the end result is a flawless expansion joint.
Available in 1/2” x1/2”, 3/4” x1/2”, and 1”x1/2”.

KEY WAY
Sandell®’s Key Way is used to form an interlocking design in concrete that permanently locks freshly poured slabs together. Sandell®’s Key Way is composed of a durable, yet highly flexible polyethylene material. The product is attached to a form or header by a nail or screw, prior to the pour. Once the concrete has been poured and is set, the product is then removed and a perfectly formed key way indentation, or channel is created. The remaining concrete is then poured and flows freely into the key way channel, reinforcing and locking both slabs together, permanently. Sandell®’s Key Way is ideal for fortifying flooring, driveways, curbs and other concrete applications that need to be joined together. This product will not crack or chip in any temperature, and it is available in 10’ lengths.
