Wall Caps Description
Wall Cap Forms are foam forms used to produce a poured-in-place concrete cap on the top of concrete, block, or brick walls. Wall Caps can be used to structurally tie walls together by pouring wall cavities full or partially full. Rebar may be used to add extra strength.

Uses
Wall Caps may be used to finish masonry walls, columns, barbecue pits, retaining walls, sea walls, bollards, parapet walls and other structures where an ornamental concrete profile is desired. Wall Caps provide an attractive, practical and economical alternative to costly precast concrete or cut stone.

Installation
Wall Caps are easy to install using reusable spring steel brackets. The brackets hold the forms in place on either side of a six-inch, eight-inch, or twelve-inch block wall. Corners can be mitered with a handsaw. Forms can be bent in a gradual radius or tight as six inches. Formwork strips cleanly, requiring little finishing. Form sections are reusable.

Shapes
Wall Caps are available in standard profiles. Custom profiles are available upon request.

Step Liners Description
Step Liners are foam forms used to line the inside of step forms prior to pouring. They provide shapes ranging from standard cantilever to more intricate architectural shapes.

Uses
Step Liners are used to form concrete steps on sidewalks, patios, swimming pool decks and other applications where an economical, practical, and ornamental profile is desired.

Installation
Step Liners are attached to the inside of conventional step forms by the use of spray adhesive. Corners can be mitered with a handsaw. Step Liners may be bent in a gradual radius as tight as six inches. The standard seven and one half-inch riser is easily modified to six and one half or five and one half inches by using the tear-away provided. Step Liners strip cleanly, requiring little finishing. Step Liners are not reusable.

Shapes
Step Liners are available in standard profiles. Custom profiles are available upon request.
