Epro Services, Inc. provides a variety of high performance products for above grade moisture protection including water sealers, restoration mortars as well as air barriers.

Products:

Ecosil is a water-based, one component liquid silicone rubber dispersion. Ecosil contains a proprietary blend of cross linking co-polysiloxanes and penetrating agents. Ecosil exhibits excellent water repellency, breathability and durability.

Eprosil is a hydrocarbon-based inorganic sealer containing liquefied polydimethyl-siloxane (silicone rubber) and other additives. Eprosil exhibits excellent water repellency, durability and breathability.

Epro Bond & Seal is a high solids prepolymer urethane in a hydrocarbon naphtha carrier. Bond & Seal polymerizes through a moisture cure to provide exceptional adhesion and waterproofing characteristics.

Propoint mortar is a specifically formulated grout based upon advanced cemetitious technology utilizing all natural components, fillers and selected silica sands. Propoint can even be adjusted to emulate historic lime putty mortar. No acrylic modifiers are used in these formulations.

Ecoflex-S is designed to be moisture and vapor barrier membrane for a variety of above-grade surfaces including concrete (uncured), block, gypsum, and metal for cavity walls. Ecoflex-S is to be applied with a unique self-contained sprayer to produce instantaneous, monolithic membrane with excellent adhesion. It may be used as a waterproof adhesive for insulation board and as a base coat for other water-based products.
