CrownWeld Pro structural epoxy adhesives are easily pumped
into cracked concrete voids down to 50 µ (2 mils) wide; Crown
Crack Filler quickly fills and cures routed floor cracks to speed along
repairs; CrownWeld GF is a ultra low viscosity gravity filling
epoxy that penetrates deep into the crack. Crown Polymers has 11 crack repair
systems for applications on concrete and wood surfaces above or below the water
line.
CrownWeld Pro structural epoxy adhesives displace water and
welds concrete and steel back into its original monolithic mass by low-pressure
injection.
CrownFlex Joint Sealers are available in 6 load-bearing formulas
for normal use, chemical exposure and heat environments to 180°C (360°F),
and all joint sealers protect the concrete joint edges.
CrownFlex EVA is the pre-formed, closed celled foam, expandable
material portion of load bearing joint systems that provides water and chemical
proofing. The systems are used for new construction or restoration and are designed
for each floor or tank joint individually.
All CrownShield Resurfacers and Maximum Performance
Overlay Polymers are used as epoxy polymer concretes.
Epoxy polymer concretes do not shrink and can be resurfaced within a few hours
after placement, reducing project construction time.
CrownShield Cove EPC is a flexible epoxy polymer concrete that
is trowel- able on vertical applications up to 3.2 mm (1/2 in) thick. It waterproofs
the floor-to-wall connection area.
CrownShield Line Striping is an industrial tough modified epoxy
that dries in 2 to 3 hours. Colors available are safety yellow and white.
CrownFlex Flexible Membrane is used for additional waterproofing
under floor wear surface overlayments. CrownShield 340 Base Coat is
a membrane used for additional protection of parking deck and pedestrian overlay
systems.
CrownCote Vapor Barrier is a unique 100% solids, ultra low
viscosity modified epoxy that penetrates deep into the cleaned concrete surface
to stop vapor transmission. Other Crown Polymers Floor Systems, tile or carpet
may be used as the wear surface. Warranty is available.
