Product Presentation Panels consist of a Zelsius EPS™ (expanded polystyrene) insulation core,
clad on exposed areas with 26 Gauge G90 Galvanized Steel. Walk-On Suspended Ceilings The Zero-Loc Walk-On Suspended Ceiling System is designed to allow utility installation and maintenance above the hygienically sensitive food processing area. The exposed side of the suspended ceiling is attractive and easy to clean. Excellent adhesion to the metal skins and flexibility of Zero-Loc EPS™ insulation eliminate worries of panel fracture and delamination from workers walking on Zero-Loc Panels. Expanded Polystyrene EPS is the ideal insulation for low temperature applications. R-value is provided
by what the insulation contains, not by the insulation material itself. EPS
insulation gets its R-value from air-filled cells, which will not deteriorate
or age over time. Furthermore, EPS R-values improve at lower temperatures. (See

Panel Skins Zero-Loc metal skins are coated with a polyester-based, high-gloss prepainted white finish which is more resilient in high wash-down areas than other standard prepainted white baked enamel finishes available. Zero-Loc can also factory laminate a Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) skin to existing metal skins, for those areas where there is a high wash-down requirement, and/or high traffic. FRP provides increased scratch, dent and wash-down resistance. |
