This model utilizes heavy 26-gauge exterior and 27-gauge interior steel skins injected with urethane insulation. The thermally-broken tongue and groove section joint includes a continuous weather seal offering exceptional protection from the elements.

• 2” thick, double-sided steel doors. Facing material is 26-gauge steel front and 27-gauge steel back
• Section joints are tongue-and-groove
• Bottom section “U” type astragal floor seal
• White painted end stiles
• Concealed steel back-up plates run from top to bottom of each section for secure hardware attachment
• Available in white, almond, sandstone and brown

• Tracks are 2” or 3”, as required or specified
• Track-to-jamb attachment available bracketed or angle mounted
• Track trajectory available in standard lift, high lift, vertical lift and custom applications

• All section-applied hardware is galvanized for increased protection
• 14-gauge or 11-gauge hinges, as required or specified
• Steel rollers with 10 ball bearings and case hardened shafts. 2” and 3” as required or specified.
• Heavy-duty bottom fixtures and adjustable top roller brackets

• Torsion springs are helically wound with oil-tempered wire
• All springs are individually calibrated for each door
• Counterbalance shaft is heavy-walled tube or solid steel as required or specified

• Foamed-in-place polyurethane core
• R-value-14.3 / U-value .07
