B-Series Auxiliary Deadbolt Locks

Heavy Duty Commercial and Residential Security Deadbolts

Schlage's highest grade deadbolt locks, featuring solid brass or bronze 7/8" (22 mm) rotating trim rings. Bolts are made of a strong alloy, containing a hardened steel roller to prevent cutting or sawing. Mounting screws are protected against drilling by steel balls. B700-Series Controlled Access Classic Primus or Everest^® Primus and 800-Series Classic Primus or Everest^® Primus^® UL437 high security versions are available.

The B700 and B800-Series combine all the features of the B600-Series commercial deadbolt with Schlage's high security Primus cylinders. In addition to strength and durability, the B700-Series, furnished with Primus 20-700 Controlled Access cylinders, offers key control and pick resistance. The B800-Series, furnished with Primus 20-500 high security cylinders, combines all these features plus drill resistance.

The BC100-Series deadbolt, adjustable for 2 3/8"(60 mm) or 2 3/4" (70 mm) backsets, features a 1" (25 mm) reinforced trim ring rotates to protect against wrenching the cylinder. Solid brass 6-pin cylinder for added protection and durability. Solid steel doorframe reinforcer with 3" screws protects against kick-in attack.

The B500-Series deadbolt offers a 10% larger deadbolt diameter, a new adjustable lock-in-place backset for 2 3/8"(60 mm) or 2 3/4" (70 mm) door preps, and an integrated anti-pry shield to prevent picking. The 1" (25 mm) reinforced trim ring and tapered housing rotate to protect against wrenching the cylinder. The solid brass 6-pin cylinder offers added protection and durability. A metal dust box reinforcer with three 3" screws provides deeper anchoring to protect against kick-in attacks.

The B250-Series nightlatch features a 9/16" (14 mm) deadlatch that prevents "shimming" the bolt with a credit card or similar tool. A "hold-back" feature retains the deadlatch in a retracted position when desired. Trim rings are reinforced with hardened steel inserts. Brass or bronze faceplates are self-adjusting for beveled door edges. Also available less "hold-back" feature and with double cylinder

The B-300 Maximum Security Deadbolt-Series, with a dual 2 3/8" (60 mm) or 2 3/4" (70 mm) backset, features hands-free installation and a 1" (25 mm) throw deadbolt, with a concealed hardened steel roller to prevent cutting or sawing the bolt. A concealed spin ring rotates to protect against wrenching the cylinder. Solid brass 5 or 6-pin cylinders are assembled with pick resistant pins for added protection and durability. Solid steel door frame reinforcer with 3"screws protect against kick-in attack.

Applications: Auxiliary and primary locking for residential and commercial buildings. B-Series locks are designed to meet various security door preparations and functional requirements as determined by local codes and life safety regulations.

Exposed Trim: B500, BC100, B250, B300-Series: Wrought brass or bronze. B600/700/800-Series: Solid brass or bronze with pressure cast zinc thumbturn, plated to match finishes indicated.

Keying: B250, BA300 and B300 Series – 5-pin tumbler standard with two keys per lock. Available with 6-pin tumblers, assembled to order. BC100, B500 and B600 Series – 6-pin tumbler standard with two keys per lock. Stock locks are keyed 5-pin. B700-Series: Primus^® 20-700 Controlled Access cylinder. B800-Series: Primus 20-500 High Security cylinder. BC100, B500, B250, B600 and B700-Series available with interchangeable cores. BC100, B500 and B250-Series also available with Primus high security cylinder. Other keying options for B-Series available from the factory include master keying, grand master keying, and construction keying (construction keying not available for B700/800-Series).

B300 Maximum Security Deadbolt Series: 1 3/8" (35 mm) and doors up to 2 1/2" (63 mm), assembled to order. Door ranges may vary by function.
