TRIMCO Anti-Vandal Trim fills the need to fortify exposed doors at schools, parks, public buildings and rear doors of retail, commercial, and industrial buildings.

When trim is installed with cylinder-only on the exterior, the one-piece trim protects the latch bolt, lock body and strike, while providing an ADA complying door pull which resists rope or hook attachment.

1096TL TUF-LOK SYSTEM

General Description

The 1096TL TUF-LOK System is the joining of three rugged elements:
1. Newly designed 1096HA Anti-Vandal handle and latch protector.
2. Rugged mortise lock.
3. Rugged interior push operator.

Design Objectives

- Vandal-proof exterior trim that cannot be passed or broken.
- Rugged, proven latch and lock system that will stand-up to abuse.
- Interior operator that will withstand abuse.

Features

- Exterior trim is vandal-proof. There are no exposed fasteners. Cannot be compromised with hook, rope or chain.
- Integral 1/8-inch thick latch protection can not be bent with any sized hand tool.
- ADA conforming handle is coated with black, textured rubber to temper extreme temperatures and increase hand-to-device friction.
- Device is non-handed or easily reversed.
- Heavy Duty mortise lock available with many optical functions: storeroom, classroom, and classroom with holdback most common.
- Rugged TRIMCO push mechanism replaces lever handle. No lever to droop or break. Lever can not be over-torqued.

Applications

1. Secondary school classroom doors opening out to playground or courtyard.
2. Rear doors of restaurants, fast food restaurants where deliveries are made and garbage is put out.
3. Rear doors of strip-commercial buildings where goods are delivered and trash leaves. High attack rate.
4. Rear doors to stores of shopping malls which are highly susceptible to break-in attempts.

NOTE: Handle only is 1096HA, and it can be mated to mortise locks (non-handed) or to panics (handed).

1111A VANDAL-PROOF EXIT TRIM

Finally, a flush pull made especially for high-traffic, exposed, rough-service areas. This product was specially engineered for use as exit trim on school doors with interior, panic hardware. Easy exterior access during the day; vandal-resistant at night.

1111A Exit Trim functions easily, yet resists vandalism. Smooth surfaces resist attachment by ropes, chains or other destructive devices. Four sturdy inside fasteners mate to exterior blind sex-nuts for additional security.

Available only from us, 1111A Flush pulls are perfect for use on public buildings such as schools and park facilities. Ideal for rear doors of retail malls or strip commercial buildings.

1111A complies with Building Code Accessibility Standards for the Handicapped and has been approved in many states. 1111A is non-handed and available in most architectural finishes. Designed to work in conjunction with all standard panic hardware.

1276CCS (PV) VANDAL-PROOF WALL STOP

Use in schools, detention, public restrooms, fast food, etc. Whenever idle hands are tempted to disassemble hardware.

Stainless Steel washer imbedded in rubber bumper prevents removal of rubber. Anti-rotation pin prevents unscrewing from wall. All standard fastenings and finishes available.

1209 HEAVY DUTY FLOOR STOP

Rugged heavy rubber stop imbedded in concrete. Withstands heavy abuse mandated by California penal specification. Can not be disassembled without special tools. Use indoors or outdoors for heavy doors, gates, vault doors.
