Bird Slope from Bird-B-Gone
Bird Slope protects ledges against all species of birds by turning a 90° ledge into a "slope". Bird Slope is an anti-perching, anti-roosting, deterrent. Its unique design makes it impossible for birds to land on 90-degree areas including eaves and ledges.

Bird Slope is made from a U.V. protected plastic PVC that is sun and weather resistant. The rigid one piece design is non conductive and carries the longest industry guarantee – 2 years. Bird slope is available in both grey and stone colors and has special extenders for wider ledges.

Bird Slope is made of a U.V. protected outdoor grade PVC plastic, and comes in 4 foot long sections. There are a variety of bird slope accessories available to accommodate different areas. Each section of Bird Slope is 4' long (1.21m), and is sold 48 feet per box (14.63m). Its unique design makes it impossible for birds to land on 90-degree areas including eaves and ledges. Bird Slope also has a "snap on" extender, which makes it easy to adapt to wider ledges and there are also "end caps" available to prevent birds from getting behind the slope. It is available in two colors, stone and grey to match your installation location.

Bird Slope: Available in 4 foot sections. Each section will cover a ledge up to 6" wide (15.4 centimeters). For wider ledges, a Bird slope extender is available for treating ledges up to 10" (25.4cm) wide. There are end caps that can be purchased to prevent birds from getting behind the slope itself, and slope "connectors" to eliminate any gaps between sections.

Bird Slope Mounting Hardware: Bird Slope has a glue trough on the underside of each section for easy application. Special mounting clips are available when installing bird slope on a vertical surface.

1. Design Requirements: Select appropriate size and system as determined by site conditions to prevent birds from landing and roosting on specified surfaces

1. Single Source responsibility: Furnish products from one manufacturer for entire project
2. Obtain all technical information from the manufacturer
3. Utilize labor or Bird-B-Gone Authorized installers who are knowledgeable in Bird-B-Gone, Inc. product installations
4. Installer shall visit the site to gather all information of existing site conditions

1. Product Data: Submit manufacturer's descriptive literature and product specifications for each product including catalogs, installation instructions other descriptive material
2. Provide Warranty on Material and Installation
3. Provide samples of Bird Slope excluding proposed fastening methods
4. Provide statement by official indicating that they are a certified installation company

1. Protect Bird-B-Gone, Inc. products from damage before, during and after the installation

1. Coordination: Furnish samples of system(s) so installation can be coordinated with existing conditions and within on-site conditions
2. Visit site and field measure prior to fabrication and delivery of materials

2. Remove or repair articles that may damage Bird Slope after installation, including overhanging foliage, brush and loose parts on the structure

1. Install Bird Slope as recommended by the manufacturer
2. Bird Slope should be installed correctly, covering the entire depth of the surface
1. Follow the contours and angles closely
2. Space materials in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations
3. Use End Caps to close off where necessary

1. Visually inspect Bird Slope^™ for any signs of poor installation, including loose fasteners and un-removed debris
2. Immediately correct and repair as necessary
