Molded in half sections, fiberglass column covers can be provided with ship-lap,
butt or reveal joints to allow for ease of assembly and installation. Capitals
and bases may be shipped loose to allow for simple field alteration of overall
heights. Constructed from fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) molded with fire-rated
resins and fiberglass, the FRP Classic provides a Class "1" fire rating and low
smoke density.
Available in diameters from 8" to 84" and in heights of more than 30 feet, these durable and attractive non-load bearing column covers provide maximum inside clearance to surround internal structure when compared to our other column products. FRP Classic™ Fiberglass Cornices Light weight and easily installed, FRP Classic™ fiberglass cornices are the ideal way to create a dramatic architectural feature at an amazingly low cost while reducing maintenance. Hand crafted with fire rated resin to achieve an ASTM E 84-01 flame spread and low smoke density, FRP Classic™ cornices are available pre-finished in your choice of a smooth gel coat finish, or may be manufactured with a textured finish to stimulate limestone, or masonry.
