Product Overview

Safety Barriers. Omega Barriers safeguard your workplace from injuries and accidents caused by moving vehicles. Protect people, machinery, building walls, shelving, conveyors, racks, finished product, loading docks and more. These steel barriers are available in single or double heights that can be customized to fit any application. Powder coated safety yellow for high visibility.

Trak-Shield Door Guard. Trak-Shield prevents damage to overhead door tracks and resulting door operation problems caused by forklift impacts. Provides maximum track protection without interfering with normal door operation. Anchors to the interior building wall and floor for easy installation. Heavy-duty, low profile design wraps around the door track to protect against front and side forklift impacts.

Column Guards. Omega Column Guards are designed to prevent damage to building support columns. Install around the base of a building column and protect the column from the impact of a forklift or other in-plant vehicle. Constructed of steel and equipped with factory welded base plates that bolt directly to your facility floor. Designed to encase an H-Beam, round or square building columns. Available in a variety of sizes. Powder coated safety yellow for high visibility.

Downspout/Pipe Guard. Omega Downspout/Pipe Guard is designed to eliminate damage to plumbing, mechanical and electrical supply lines that are mounted to building columns and walls. Downspout/Pipe Guard is built to absorb the impact of a forklift or other in-plant vehicle and prevents serious damage to power supply and mechanical lines. Downspout/Pipe Guards are constructed of heavy-duty steel and bolt directly to your facility column or wall for easy installation. Powder coated safety yellow for high visibility and available in a variety of sizes.

Quick-Step Structural Stairway. Built with pre-manufactured components, installs quickly and eliminates fixed or welded stairways. Quick-Step is based on a parallelogram design that offers an adjustable range up to 4" and accommodates short rise, long run stairways or steep applications. Meets all code requirements. Designed for interior or exterior applications including loading dock areas, work platforms, conveyor crossovers, fire exits, construction trailers, and mezzanines. Variety of tread surfaces available.
