FGS Hardener Plus answers the demands of your polished concrete floor Like no other product, FGS Hardener Plus answers the unique demands of your flat, ground and diamond polished concrete floor. FGS Hardener Plus is specifically formulated to penetrate diamond ground and polished concrete wear surfaces to harden, seal, densify, and waterproof them. This water-based, VOC-compliant product is applied following the sequential diamond grinding and polishing steps of the FGS/PermaShine process as the final step to the finished concrete surface. FGS Hardener Plus provides long-term dustproof protection to the floor, and enhances the visual impact of your floor's polished finish. Treatment of a ground and polished floor with FGS Hardener Plus adds years to your polished concrete floor's expected service life, and reduces the cost of regular maintenance of that same floor. The powerful densification of a concrete floor by FGS Hardener Plus increases its durability by chemically and permanently transforming the comparatively soft, exposed cement paste into a hard, wear-resistant surface. This chemical process also reduces micro-pitting, the physical process by which the wear surface of a concrete floor microscopically deteriorates over time by abrasion.

Specifically manufactured for the maintenance of FGS/PermaShine floors, FGS Conditioner is a proprietary concrete cleaner bringing state-of-the-art wetting, emulsifying agents and exclusive chemical hardener ingredients in an environmentally safe concentrate form. FGS Conditioner is a mild, concentrated cleaner that contains a measured amount of chemical densifier to aid in maintaining the attractive finish of your FGS/PermaShine floor. In addition to economically cleaning your floor, regular use of FGS Concrete Conditioner will help to restore slight microscopic wear, called micro-pitting, that accompanies normal floor usage. 
Many cleaners leave a slight residue that over time may compromise the non-slip nature of the floor. For safety assurances, FGS Conditioner has been formulated to rinse clean and not effect the slip profile of your floor. Treated FGS/PermaShine floors are certified by the National Floor Safety Institute as "High Traction". This certification extends to polished concrete surfaces that have been treated with FGS Hardener Plus, and continues when maintained with FGS Conditioner. Note: The use of some cleaners may compromise the non-slip properties of your FGS/PermaShine floor and cause a surface dulling or complete loss of surface appearance.
