Extruded aluminum sightproof louvers are effective visual and security barriers
for electrical and mechanical equipment. Louver Types K605 and CB605 utilize
centrifugal force and drainable blade design to achieve high performance levels.
These designs are highly recommended for equipment rooms since any moisture
that may enter the structure is directed to floor level rather than dispersed
in the airstream. Extruded aluminum vertical blade sightproof louvers represent visual and security
screens to complement vertical architecture. The inherent rigidity of the blade
configurations lends resistance to entry and vandalism. Louver Types KV601 and
KV603 can be furnished in multiple sections with visible mullions joined with
the extruded aluminum "I" connector detailed below or with invisible
mullion arrangements. Airolite Architectural Louvers are assembled entirely by welding to ensure
optimum strength and durability required to resist vibration damage and eliminate
the potential for galvanic corrosion. Fluoropolymer and anodized finish coatings
are applied to Airolite Architectural Louvers only after each product is weld-assembled
