Heckmann Building Products provides a variety of different brick veneer systems for your anchoring requirements. Steel Specifications STAINLESS STEEL: Stainless Steel provides the greatest level of corrosion resistance in most building environments, and is especially recommended for use with light colored stone subject to staining.
No. 213 Double Pintle Brick Veneer Anchor System: 14 gage backplate made for no insulation, 1" (25 mm), 1-1/2" (38 mm) and 2" (51 mm) insulation in Mill Galvanized, Hot Dip Galvanized, and Stainless Steel. No. 282 Double Pintle Wire Tie:
3/16" dia. (4.76 mm) wire in 3-1/4" (83 mm), 4-1/4" (108 mm), and 5-1/4"
(133 mm) lengths. Pintles are 2-1/2" (63.5 mm) long. Mill Galvanized, Hot
Dip Galvanized, and Stainless Steel.
No. 315-B Weld-On Anchor Straps: 12 gage x 3/4" (19.05 mm) wide x 9" (229 mm) long or 7/8" (22.2 mm) wide x 6-1/2" (165 mm) long. No. 315-C Screw-On Anchor Straps: 12 gage x 3/4" (19.05 mm) wide x 9" (229 mm) long or 7/8" (22.2 mm) wide x 6-1/2" (165 mm) long with two 1/4" dia. holes for attachment to backup. No. 316 Triangle Wire Ties: 3/16" dia. (4.76 mm) wire. Also available in 1/4" dia. (6.35 mm). Closed end is 1" (25.4 mm) wide. Standard Lengths are 3" (76 mm), 4" (102 mm), 5" (127 mm), 7" (178 mm), 9" (229 mm), and 11" (279 mm). No. 310 Hit Clip Anchor: Anchor is 2" (51 mm) long x 3/4" (19 mm) wide x 19 gage spring steel with corrosion resistant finish. Screw hole is 1/4" (6.35 mm) dia. No. 316 Triangle Ties snap into place. (See above for tie sizes). Screw hole is 5/16" (7.94 mm). Available in
Stainless Steel, Hot Dip Galvanized after Fabrication, or Mill Galvanized.
No. 262 Double Eye Rod Anchor: 2-3/4" (70 mm) and 4-3/4" (121 mm) long x 2-1/2" (64 mm) wide x 3/16" (4.76 mm) diameter wire. Available Mill Galvanized, Hot Dip Galvanized, and Stainless Steel. No. 263 Double Pintle Tie:
3-1/4" (83 mm), 4-3/4" (121 mm), and 5-1/2" (140 mm) long with 2-1/2" (64
mm) vertical adjustment. 3/16" (4.76 mm) diameter wire.
