When installing this kit above a built-in oven, check built-in oven installation instructions to determine cutout dimensions for the (lower) wall oven.

*For a new installation, the 48" height dimension to the bottom of the cutout for the microwave oven is recommended. This places the microwave oven bottom at approximately 50" from the floor.
  1. Model JMC8196 is for use with trim kits for built-in installation. Do not install above gas wall ovens due to placement of gas wall oven vent.
  2. Trim kits to install JMC9158 include: For 27" wall oven, use AST2780, installed dimensions are 20 5/16"H x 26 7/8"W. For 30" wall ovens, use AST3090, installed dimensions are 20 5/16"H x 29 3/4"W.
