4000 Series Heavy Duty Surface Mounted Closers

Heavy-duty cast iron cylinder for exceptional service life. UL/cUL listed for use on fire-rated doors. All-weather hydraulic fluid eliminates seasonal adjustments. LCN closers and power operators can be specified in seven standard or 180 powder coated finishes and have a ten year warranty.

APPLICATIONS

• For aluminum, hollow metal, or wood swinging doors and frames.
• Can be used with hinge or pivot mounted door.
• Adapter plates and other installation accessories available for unusual conditions.

4010 / 4020 / 4110 Series

• Application-specific closers are designed to provide optimized door control for the following mounting configurations:
  4010: hinge (pull side) mounted
  4020: top jamb (push side) mounted
  4110: parallel arm (push side) mounted
• Interior doors to 5'0" (152.4cm)
  Exterior doors to 4'0" (121.9cm)
• Nonsized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4'6" (137.2cm) and exterior doors to 3'6" (106.7cm)
• Delay action (optional) provides additional time for people to move through the door
• Advanced variable backcheck available on the 4110
• Arms: 4010 and 4020 available with regular, Hold-Open, fusible link and track type. 4110 available with extra duty (EDA), Hold-Open EDA (HEDA), fusible link, Cush-N-Stop, Hold-Open Spring Cush and track type
• Tested to over 10 million cycles to reduce replacement and long term costs
• Track version available
• FAST Power Adjust accurately adjusts the closer to match the condition of the entrance
• Peel and stick template for fast, accurate installation

4040 Series

• New optional metal Designer Series or standard cover
• Exceeded 10 million cycles in independent tests for proven durability
• Nonhanded. Mounts on hinge (pull side), top jamb (push side) and parallel arm (push side) or on a bracket

  Exterior doors to 4'0" (121.9cm)
