The Acumotion A is two sensors in one! Acumotion Advanced Sensor System for automatic doors provides a deeper detection area combined with superior threshold protection. It’s suitable for use on sliding, swing, and folding doors systems. Acumotion A combines two technologies for more effective pedestrian detection.

NABCO’s state-of-the-art Microwave Motion Technology provides a wider protection zone against moving objects. Infrared Sensors detect both moving and stationary objects within the threshold area. Together they provide the deepest detection area available in a single presence-sensing unit. Programmable settings allow you to optimize door performance to meet your particular needs.Unidirectional setting allows sensor to avoid detection of people or objects moving away from the entrance, so the door closes sooner.

Product Features:
  • Combines a microwave Doppler system and an active reflective infrared system, providing a deeper detection area to accommodate varying speeds of traffic
  • Programmable settings for depth of coverage, width of coverage, sensitivity and memory allow optimization of door performance
  • Active reflective infrared system can detect both moving and stationary objects close to and within the threshold area
  • 12-24 VDC or 24 VAC power connections allow seamless interface with all GyroTech equipment and the equipment of other manufacturers
  • Bidirectional function detects pedestrian or objects moving away from the door
  • Unidirectional function can be employed for energy savings by ignoring pedestrians moving away from entrance
  • Area Adjustment Mechanism allows fine-tuning of microwave and infrared patterns
  • Four-Mode Mutual Interference Prevention function allows a maximum of four Acumotion sensors to be mounted closely to each other without sensor interference
  • FCC and IC Approved
  • Complies with the newest ANSI and BHMA Standards
