Little Buildings, Inc. Standard Series buildings are portable, factory assembled, welded galvanized steel, delivered completely set up, ready to set, connect, and use. We build the Best Little Buildings on the Planet!

Sizes range from 3' × 4' to 11' × 30'. Units start from scratch allowing designs to meet your client's specific requirements by modifying one of our standard designs or totally custom. The strength and longevity of galvanized steel allows our product to withstand the most rigorous use.

• DOOR: Sliding aluminum with insulation, heavy-duty track with ball bearing trolleys, weatherstrip, threshold, and maximum security mortise lockset with replaceable mortise key cylinder
• GLASS: Tempered safety glass in all glazed areas. Clear is standard, tinting optional
• CANOPY: 3" overhang all sides
• BASE: 4" welded galvanized steel tubing
• ANCHOR CLIPS: 4-req'd., 1-each corner of base. Anchor to concrete foundation after leveling at final location
• ELECTRIC: All wiring is #12 (min.) type THHN stranded copper enclosed in 1/2" (min.) E.M.T. All wiring per the latest version of the NEC. All wiring devices, appliances, and fittings bear U.L. labels. Heater, light, duplex outlet, and circuit box are standard
• CONSTRUCTION: Welded galvanized steel panels, roof, canopy. Fiberglass insulated walls and ceiling
• PAINT: Two part epoxy primer with finish paint in choice of color from our catalog

Standard electrical features include heater, electrical outlets, light and wiring to a wall mounted circuit box. At site just set, connect, and use. Building equipment bears U.L. labels and is wired to National Electric Code standards. Order environmentally friendly air conditioners to earn LEEDS credit!

Popular design parameters include bullet-resisting construction, restrooms, extra doors, cashier windows, ready-to-brick exteriors, and elevated stands. Elevated floors can be insulated and the standard diamond pattern treadplate upgraded to include raised rubber tile or sheet vinyl. Larger units can be made handicap accessible.

Options include trailer or stand mounted, raised rubber or sheet vinyl floors, roll-up shutters, sun shades, phone and data outlets, plastic laminate or stainless counter tops, dimming lights, exterior floodlights, heat pumps, and . Order two-tone paint to match client corporate schemes or surrounding architecture.

Little Buildings are used in commercial, educational, and military. Customers include international airports, pharmaceuticals, security companies, university and major league sports teams, parking garages, automotive manufacturers, and concert venues.

Restroom buildings include partition wall and privacy door. Precut floor holes accept your pre-set plumbing stubs. Paper holders, coat hook, and mirror factory installed. Fittings, fixtures, and trim ship in loose boxes for installation by a plumbing contractor.

Model 68D Cashier Booth with ribbed sides and two-stage fascia was designed by an architect and Little Buildings to serve as car rental kiosks.

Model 810 Guardhouse Trailer Miltary unit used by the fire department, features a diesel generator allowing the air conditioner, lights, and outlets making it totally portable. Low speed tires allow low-speed, off-highway towing to where needed.

Model 46S Stand Mounted Guardhouse: Standard 4' × 6' guardhouse stand mounted for increased surveillance area.

Model 48 OV Ovalz: cashier booth with no flat sides. A real stunner!

Model 1112 Bus Stop: Used at a metropolitan airport, this little building is for passengers to wait for a shuttle to pick them up. Comfort features include heaters, air conditioners, and vandal-resistant light fixtures.

Model 512UNIV: Portable box office. This unit includes a roll-down galvanized steel shutter to cover the cashier windows between venues. Forklift slots in the base allow it to be moved to where needed.
