install in interior and exterior applications, where water or liquid infiltration
is not a concern. These hatches are constructed with stainless steel hardware
throughout, so you can expect years of dependability. We offer several versions
of this series for installation in retrofit applications. *All floor doors and
floor hatches come with a limited five year warranty. | Door: | 1/4" aluminum diamond-pattern tread plate. (Steel also available). | | Frame: | 1/4" extruded aluminum angle frame. (Steel also available). | | Hinge: | Stainless steel butt hinge | | Spring: | Stainless steel compression springs enclosed in tubes, which counterbalance
the door to require no more than 10-30 lbs. of opening force. | | Latch: | Stainless steel slam latch with an inside lever handle and outside removable
key handle. | | Finish: | Mill finish aluminum. Frames provided with epoxy paint finish at areas that
contact concrete. | | Hold Open Arm: | Stainless steel handle that automatically locks the door at 90 degrees. Handle
