Construction: Originally constructed at the end of 18th century, new roof glazing completed in 1999.

What is unique: The heated insulating glass is used as a snow melter for the glazed roof, in order to let in the maximum of natural light. At the time of construction, it was considered the largest glass roof in all of Europe.

What is unique: The four-story building is unique with its tapered floor-to-ceiling glass curtainwall on three sides. At over 42,000 square feet, it will be the largest financial institution branch in Manitoba, and perhaps Canada. The building will be a Manitoba Hydro Power Smart project.
Why Super Spacer®: Super Spacer® was utilized for its outstanding thermal performance and condensation resistance while allowing abundant daylighting to be prevelant in the building.
