SOIL RETENTION has been producing Plantable Concrete Systems® for nearly 20 years. The company was founded in 1987 by Jan Jansson, an immigrant from Sweden, who brought with him a European wall technology and later went on to design his own system called VERDURA®. The name comes from a combination of 'Verde' meaning green and 'dura' for durable.
