One Coat Stucco System

Master Wall OCS is an engineered, fiber reinforced stucco. It offers the durability of traditional stucco with easier application and a thinner cross section. Common installations include the OCS, some reinforced foam trim aesthetic pieces and a Master Wall Superior Finish. Best of all, the OCS and Finish are both included in our limited warranty. Warranties range from five to ten years depending upon product selection and additives. Master Wall can also custom tailor a system to meet your needs.

The One Coat Stucco System consists of the following components:

1. One Coat Stucco over metal lath and 2-water barriers in sheathing applications
2. Casing Beads, control joints and accessories
3. Optional Primer
4. Aggre-flex Insulation Board for decorative trims and accessories
5. Aggre-flex Mesh for decorative trims and accessories
6. Master Wall Base Coat for decorative trims and accessories
7. Superior Finish

Available options include adding Stucco Ad-Liquid to improve the stucco properties, reinforced base coat application to further reduce cracking, Superior Finish upgrades including silicone and Excel mildew enhancement and Superior Elastomeric/Elastomeric Plus finishes for better flexibility.

The One Coat Stucco System is available with a five-year standard limited materials warranty with extended warranties available.
