Basic Use: US Tile clay roofing tiles are applied on sloped roofs where aesthetics, longevity and low life cycle costs are major considerations. Composition and Materials: US Tile products are manufactured from various clays and kiln-fired. US Tile products are available in standard earth tones and authentic kiln-flashed colors. Warranty: US Tile products are covered by US Tile’s Transferable Lifetime Warranty that includes coverage against fading and labor. Limitations: The standard roof pitch for US Tile Mission products is 3:12 (25%). Roof slopes below 3:12 (25%) require an approved waterproofing system. Standard US Tile Mission profile products are not recommended for climate zones that experience repeated freeze-thaw cycling.
