SR 8300 Application The SR 8000 Series Rigid Traffic Door is designed specifically for use in retail, commercial, packing or food processing plants. Good for all pedestrian, carts or motorized hand traffic in a dry storage or light wash down environment. Limitation NOT recommended for man ridden fork lift traffic or heavy wash down environments. Features & Advantages Door panels are constructed with 3/4 " thick plywood core with a PVC edge capping and adhered both sides with textured ABS forming a 7/8" overall panel thickness. Please specify model SR 8300 FV for fully gasket doors. The SR 8300 is available in your choice of ABS colors that include Red, Metallic Gray, Chocolate Brown, Beige, Black or White. Optional colors or color matches are available upon request. All SR 8000 Series Rigid Traffic Doors operate on the CMI GFN Low Rise "V" Cam Gravity Hinging System complete with bottom hinge pin assembly. Doors are custom built to your own specific requirements and can be ordered up to 48" x 96" for singles and pairs up to 96" x 96". Standard vision panels are 9" x 14" durable, clear acrylic set in black rubber molding and centered at 60" from the finish floor. Other configurations and sizes are available upon request. Options Optional spring bumpers, impact plates or lower hinge guards are recommended in applications where cart or motorized hand traffic exists. Both add years to the life of your door without compromising the fit and finish. 
Installation & Maintenance Doors are conveniently packaged ready to install upon delivery in existing or factory supplied frames. The package includes templates, drawings, easy-to-follow instructions and thread-forming fasteners. These doors require only periodic cleaning with an industrial soap or detergent. Regular lubrication of moving parts is recommended. Warranty The SR 8000 Series carries a three-year hinging system and one-year panel warranty against faulty materials and workmanship. All warranties stipulate correct installation and sizing requirements. Order Fulfillment Most orders are filled within a 3 to 4 week period. All orders are FOB Winnipeg, MB.
