When securing building maintenance systems, including outriggers and bosun’s chairs to buildings, our range of safety tieback anchors provide the code-regulated level of safety required ensuring problem-free equipment use.

Safety Tieback Anchors can also be used as Lifeline Anchors for personal fall protection. With a separate independent lifeline, rope grab, lanyard and body harness, the safety anchor becomes a principal component in a safety lifeline system.

We have a range of models to suit any building and budget:

• U-bar models: an economic solution; load rated at 5000 lbs. (5400 in California);
• Domed mounted models: an aesthetic alternative to the standard U-bar model;
• Flush Mounted models: an ideal solution when no protrusions on the roof are permissible.
• Wall mounted models: an inexpensive solution where waterproofing or flashing is not an option.

TRAVSAFE^® Horizontal Lifelines

Travsafe is a permanent, dual wire rope lifeline system. It is designed to protect users equipped with a harness and lanyard from falls as they traverse the line. The system has many building access solutions.

The Travsafe lifeline incorporates two tensioned wire ropes secured by supports spaced at a maximum interval of 50 ft. (15.2 m). The lifeline provides an uninterrupted line of travel for the Travsafe Traveler. During use, the Traveler is captive within the lifeline system.

Options are available which permit the operator to easily engage and disengage anywhere along the line if required. A Travsafe lifeline can also include curves and corners to suit any application.
