Laminated Foam Metal Wall Panel Systems

FM-100, FM200, FM210, & FM220 Laminated Foam Wall Panel Systems
Offering comparable flatness to the honeycomb panel systems, Protean's complete line of laminated foam panels offer the added advantage of being insulated. Laminated in vacuum presses, our foam panels use only pre-cured rigid insulation boards. This technology eliminates the gas blistering often common to foamed in place panels. Additionally, the superior flatness of laminate foam panels means we can offer smooth textured (non-embossed) panels at no additional premium.

Gone too, are the limitations of 24" and 30" standard modules. Variable widths up to 54" are standard and as many different sizes as the project requires are available at the same competitive price as other manufactures standard modules.

Protean's FM-200 system offers the same "caulkless" design as it's HC-200 honeycomb counterpart. Typically manufactured at 2" thick, the system offers an "R" value of 7 with a polyisocyanurate urethane core and an "R" value of 5 with an expanded polystyrene core.

When design limitations restrict the use of Protean's exclusive "caulkless" systems, the FM-210 panel system offers an excellent alternative. This system takes advantage of extruded silicone gaskets, eliminating the need for field installed caulk joints. Standard gaskets are available in black, with custom colors available upon request.

Protean's FM-100 system offers similar advantages to our HC-100 panel systems. This system offers an excellent means of obtaining custom, insulated spandrel panels. Typically fabricated at a thickness of 1",  the product is available up to a thickness of 6", offering a maximum "R" value of 42. Consult Protean's standard details for a variety of possible design applications.

In addition to our custom architectural wall panel systems, Protean offers a complete line of Sunscreens. Often designed to compliment our metal panel systems, Protean Sunscreens are also used as an accent to other building components.
