LEGACY SERIES® DOUBLE-HUNG TILT WINDOWS 
Our Legacy Series Double-Hung Tilt windows offer discerning homeowners a classic window style featuring two sash that effortlessly slide up and down. Both sash tilt in to easily clean outside glass surfaces from inside of a room. These premium windows feature an all-wood jamb liner option for a seamless design, plus a vast array additional options and accessories. Complement the style of your home or add your own distinctive look with optional Simulated Divided Lite (SDL), aluminum airspace or snap-in wood perimeter grilles featuring a "frame" design using concealed pins to snap them securely in place for superior strength compared to stick grilles found on other window brands. 
A solid wood jamb liner insert is available that's more substantial than thin veneers found on competitive double-hung tilts. The jamb can be stained or painted to match the sash, adding a beautiful architectural detail to the window.
A patented, one-piece sash lock/tilt latch release system in seven popular finishes is positioned at each end of the checkrail. This makes it easy to open, tilt and lock the sash in one simple step, eliminating multiple pieces of hardware, clips or strings found in tilt windows made by other manufacturers. 
An "energy-style" sash features a thicker 1-5/8" wood profile, creating a thermal barrier that helps prevent the transfer of heat and cold.
Standard double-strength glass offers improved structural integrity. Glazing options include Insul Low E2 with Argon/Krypton gases, Insul Low E2 with Argon gas, Insul Low E2 or Insul. Specialty glass options include Tempered, Gray, Bronze and Obscure. 
Mitered construction on the nailing fin, frame and sash eliminates unsightly square-offs and overlapping corner cuts that are commonly seen on other window brands.
