Overview

CITY MULTI® Controls Network - Controls Network

Through the CITY MULTI Controls Network (CMCN), the Integrated Centralized Control Web (ICCW) manages up to 2,000 indoor units from a single networked PC or tablet. The ICCW puts personalized comfort in the hands of tenants and the building manager.

Customized, Individual Zone Control

A wide variety of remote and zone controllers provide an exact level of tenant control on a zone-by-zone basis, leading to the ultimate personal comfort experience.

System Integration

CMCN acts as a stand-alone HVAC management system or can be integrated with existing BMS systems via LonWorks® or BACnet® interfaces.

Control Multiple Buildings from One PC or Tablet

You can control up to 2,000 indoor units empowering the building manager to control the HVAC system for multiple buildings.

Energy Allocation

Calculate the HVAC energy consumption relative to each indoor and outdoor unit, on a per-tenant basis, to generate tenant-specific usages.

Easy Installation

The CMCN uses simple, non-polar, two-wire control connections. All components are daisy-chained and added onto the M-NET communication bus. It all adds up to less labor and materials with quicker installation.

Easy-to-Use Control Via PC Web Browser

From an optional PC, the building manager can monitor, operate and schedule the HVAC system through the central controller. Tenants can also control their own individual zones via remote and zone controllers.
