Durasein® 100% Acrylic solid surface is a non-porous material and can be fabricated with inconspicuous seams, which assures a hygienic surface preventing the growth of bacteria or fungi. Durasein® solid surface is a Class 1 fire-rated, green building material that has obtained international certifications.

Durasein® solid surface is manufactured in compliance with strict, environmentally-friendly standards to limit waste and energy consumption during the production process. DURASEIN® solid surface is recognized by GREENGUARD as a material that releases no volatile organic compounds under normal temperatures. DURASEIN® solid surface has a long lifecycle and can be easily repaired. It is non-toxic and non-radiative and can be recycled.

Additionally, our plant has incorporated sustainable practices into the manufacturing process including:

  • Rain water is captured and used in production
  • Dust is captured and converted into acrylic exterior paint and used to maintain the facility.
  • Recycled MMA
  • Capture and Reuse Thermal energy from the process
