Overture® VR
Overture® VR is an innovative new design in the field of diffusive surfaces for performing arts theaters. These units provide a mobile, collapsible diffusive surface that can be used to transform the sonic profile of a performance stage. Standing at 16’ in height in its performance position (shorter heights possible), each Overture® VR unit is comprised of a rugged, powder coated steel frame upon which diffusive wood panels are mounted. The panels are removable and interchangeable to achieve diffusion along either the horizontal or vertical plane, or to substitute a different diffusive RPG panel to suit the acoustical needs of a particular application.
Finish Unfinished, veneer with lacquer, veneer with custom stain or colored lacquer. Standard species include Alder, Anigre, Ash, Birch, Cherry, Mahogany, Maple, Poplar, Red Oak, Walnut and White Oak. Custom species may be available on request.

Installation The Overture® VR arrives with the wood diffusive units separate from the structural framework. The panels are pre-grooved to slide onto the support brackets on the frame - the Overture® VR is then ready to use. See the Operations Manual in the Technical Data tab for basic operations and safety instruction. The units should not be operated without prior review and instruction.
