Encourage Cross Training by displaying each trainee's proficiency level for each job, work station, machine, etc. Post their names on magnetic cardholders in the left column, and the training topics across the top, using the card insert keying template. The card colors can code trainee classifications and topic groups. Dry-erase write on the whiteboard, too in 4 colors.

Magnet signal colors show the skill level at each operation. One color can designate the qualified trainee-instructor at each skill level.

Each whiteboard system offers one or more kit options tailored specifically for that system. Each includes the same high quality, magnetic dry-erase whiteboard.
