FOSTER ® SPRAY POLY ®

Foster ® Spray Poly ® is a water-based sprayable coating specifically formulated to replace tape and poly systems on both floors and walls. It is a totally improved prepping system for asbestos abatement providing a cleaner, safer, and easier method to manage and maintain containment, while providing substantial cost savings.

Spray Poly adheres and conforms to any non-fibrous surface, preventing damage from water underseepage and cross-contamination of walls and floors. It provides a true barrier against airborne or waterborne asbestos contaminated particles.

Spray Poly is designed to reduce mechanical damage at the point of abrasion, being resistive to cuts and tears. It stays securely in place, vs. poly sheets which often require rehanging.

Spray Poly leaves most surfaces cleaner than they were before application because it traps and binds the dirt and loose contaminants during application. When it is pulled down, the el astic sheet "packages" the debris by adhering to itself. It produces a ball of contaminated waste about one-third the size of a poly and tape bundle.

Spray Poly contains no asbestos, lead, mercury, or mercury compounds.

LIMITATIONS
Do not store or apply below 40ºF (4ºC) or above 100ºF (38ºC). Protect from freezing until dry.

Do not use on windows or in any location where SPRAY POLY will be exposed to intense UV radiation.

Do not allow SPRAY POLY to remain on the coated surface for more than 14 days before removing it. For best results, use SPRAY POLY within 6 months of the date of manufacture.

Wet Thickness: 0.025-0.035 inch (0.64-0.89mm)
GALLONAGE: 1.56-2.18 gal/100 sq.ft. (0.635 l/m2 -0.887 l/m2 )

ODOR:
Mild ammonia when wet.
None when dry.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE LIMITS (FSTM 70):
0ºF to 140ºF (-18ºC to 60ºC)

DRYING TIME 73ºF (23ºC) 50% RH (ASTM D 1640):
