• Aesthetic Conceal (EAG10C):

  The Aesthetic Conceal model features durable aluminum guides set into the wall for a hidden look, with a visible stainless steel bar running across the bottom of the grille.

• Aesthetic Reveal (EAG10V):

  Aesthetic reveal designs feature visible, stainless steel guides along the sides and a stainless steel bottom bar for a polished look, adding decorative appeal to your entryway.

• Service (EAG10S):

  Our service mesh security grilles deliver a cost-effective security solution for loading docks, storage rooms and other practical applications while keeping all the advantages of the SteelWeave design.

Usage

The SteelWeave™ Metal Mesh Grille is constructed for daily use with a 50k lifetime usage of the grille. The daily cycle usage is dependent on the operator that is being used.

SteelWeave™ Metal Mesh is extremely customizable. With two standard curtain designs we are sure to offer something that goes with your existing design scheme. In addition to these 2 curtain designs, we also offer etching which will allow you to display your logo, branding or any design you would like.

Sensing Edge

Smoother Installation and easy maintenance:

Designed with a flexible black rubber TPE material, our new sensing edge has two fins that conform to variations in the floor on both the interior and exterior of your door or grille. This ensures a secure seal without requiring you to overset the bottom door limit. The new sensing edge is easy to clean and remains free from rust and dirt stains, maintaining a fresh uniform appearance.

Edges are tested and listed to UL 10B as a component of the rolling steel fire door assembly.

Featuring flexible 1" sealing fins, our sensing edges withstand the elements, providing maximum protection

LED Light Kit

The LED Light Kit provides a high-visible status indication for overhead doors and grilles. Designed for challenging environments like fire and emergency services, parking garages, and warehouses, the effective LED light strips limit downtime, maintenance, and repair costs.

Magic Switch

A touchless activation device designed to open and close doors with the wave of a hand. It's compatible with all operators that have a primary entrapment device and are configured for momentary contact to close. The Magic Switch is easy to retrofit in an existing application and features a clean, stainless steel face plate.

The EverGard Tube Motor operator is ideal for openings with tight clearances around the coil area, when you need to neatly conceal the drive components without adding a bulky motor cover and for door control during a loss of power.

SmartSync Wireless Safety Edge

SmartSync™ Wireless Safety Edge & Wireless Remote Controller

The Smartsync™ Safety Edge Kit is an upgrade for our existing Safety Edge. This allows for wireless communication between the transmitter and the receiver, eliminating the coiling cord in the door opening.

The Smartsync™ Wireless Remote comes equipped with an anti-shock design for industrial handling. This heavy-duty remote is compatible with most motor-operated doors, grilles or counter door.*
