We’ve taken the iconic raised panel steel garage door and given it a vintage feel by adding a grooved panel design, optional windows, decorative wrought iron hardware and many unique color choices, including our Ultra-Grain® wood-look and Lustra™ matte finishes. The result is classic, versatile styling and durability at a price that bridges the gap between simply being on your wish list and reality.

Available in 3, 2 or 1-layer construction options

Short and long grooved panel designs with optional insulation, windows and decorative hardware. Available in 16 colors including Ultra-Grain® wood-look and Lustra matte finishes. ColorBlast® custom paint colors also offered in 1,500 shades.

Insulation options include 2" or 1-3/8" Intellicore^® polyurethane, 2" or 1-3/8" polystyrene or 1-5/16" vinyl backed polystyrene. Insulated door R-values range from 6.5 to 18.4.

Clopay’s Intellicore is a proprietary polyurethane foam that is injected into a garage door, expanding to fill the entire structure. The result is a door with incredible strength, energy efficiency, and durability.

• Rust-Prevention System: Steel skins are protected with a tough, multi-layer coating system, including hot-dipped galvanizing, a protective metal oxide pretreatment, then a baked-on primer and top coat.
• Replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in a rust-resistant aluminum retainer helps keep out air and water.
• A patented Safe-T-Bracket® prevents serious injury that could occur if the bottom bracket were removed with the garage door closed and under tension
• All Intellicore® insulated doors come standard with 10-ball nylon rollers and heavy-duty 14-gauge steel hinges.
• Product complies with 2015 IECC air infiltration requirement of 0.40 cfm/ft2 or less (IECC, Section C402.5.2)
• Window grilles are removable for easy cleaning.
