Blumcraft H-100 panic devices latch at the top of doors, interfacing with doorstop/strikes or electric strikes. The S-100 doorstop/strikes are solid stainless steel and fabricated to insure smooth operation. The ES-100 mounting bars are machined to accept Folger Adam 310-1 electric strikes and offer adjustments to maximize security.
The H-100 panic devices can also latch into standard or electric strikes mounted to B-1250 floating transom bars. The wiring required for electric strikes is concealed in the transom bar and exits near the support rods. The wires are then siliconed in the clearance space between the sidelight and the transom glass.
H-110 panic devices latch at the bottom of the door, either into floor or threshold mounted ramp strikes. Threshold ramp strikes are recommended to minimize any tripping hazard.
Deadbolt housings that lock at the bottom of the door require a recessed floor strike or a cut-out in the threshold.
SH-100 switch housings, while similar in appearance to H-100 panic devices, have a switching function that only operates independent electric locks. These electric locks can be electro-magnetic, drop bolts, or shear locks.
