Teragren FloorScore®-certified prefinished and unfinished Strand and Traditional bamboo flooring products are manufactured with rapidly renewable Optimum 5.5® Moso bamboo, which grows to maturity in just 5-1/2 to 6 years. As a manufacturer, the production process is controlled from harvest to distribution worldwide.

Coordinating stair parts and trim are FloorScore®-certified, one of the most rigorous air quality standards in the world. FloorScore® ensures the quality of indoor air for high performance schools and offices and meets stringent standards for 78 volatile organic compounds.

Teragren's proprietary manufacturing adhesive emits less formaldehyde than allowed by U.S. OSHA, European E0, CARB Phase 1 and CARB Phase 2, and Japanese JIS/JAS emissions standards. Select products available NAF (no-added formaldehyde) and NAUF (no-added-urea formaldehyde).

Teragren manufactures a number of trim components to match our bamboo flooring, panels, veneer, and countertops – from the same manufacturing facility. All components are made of Optimum 5.5® Moso bamboo and adhere to strict Teragren standards for hardness, durability and consistent color. As with our other bamboo products, the finish is water-based and solvent-free, and the manufacturing adhesives emit less formaldehyde than is present in ambient air.
