This easy-to-use, three part system stops air and water penetration through structural sheathing or CMU backup - even at vulnerable seams, cracks, fasteners, roof, window and door openings. It is a fluid applied air and moisture barrier that stops air and water leakage through cavity wall, masonry veneer construction.

Compared to conventional sheet or liquid-applied barriers, PROSOCO R-Guard provides superior protection against penetration of wind driven rain, while minimizing potential for condensation within the wall cavity. PROSOCO R-GUARD maximizes the R-value of masonry veneer construction, reduces heating and cooling costs and lowers the risk of mold and mildew.

PROSOCO R-GUARD^® Fill is a fluid-applied, ready-mixed, acrylic air barrier compound for use with PROSOCO R-GUARD^® Tape over cracks, sheathing joints or rough openings through the structural wall. It's part of the PROSOCO R-GUARD^® system for stopping destructive air and moisture leakage through cavity wall masonry veneer construction, as well as in stucco, EIFS and all other building wall assemblies.

PROSOCO R-GUARD^® Spray Wrap is a fluid-applied, ready-mixed, flexible acrylic coating to be applied to structural sheathing or CMU backup to prevent penetration of liquid water. PROSOCO R-GUARD^® EZCorner is a preformed fabric for quick, easy installation at corners inside rough openings. It's part of the PROSOCO R-GUARD^® systems for stopping destructive air and moisture leakage through cavity wall masonry veneer construction, as well as in stucco, EIFS and all other building wall assemblies.

PROSOCO R-GUARD^® Transition Membrane is a self-adhering waterproof air barrier material which works as a secondary seal for sealant joints, or as an air barrier connection material bridging dissimilar materials. R-GUARD Transition Membrane has a unique fabric facing that when coated with R-GUARD Spray Wrap, MVP or VB allows for maximum UV protection. When used with R-GUARD Spray Wrap or MVP, UV protection is extended to 6-months. R-GUARD VB extends UV protection to 60-days.

PROSOCO R-GUARD^® Joint Fabric is a reinforced, non-woven fabric for covering sheathing joints and rough openings. This single-component, 99% solids, Silyl-Terminated-Poly-Ether (STPE) is easy to gun, spread and tool to produce a highly durable, seamless, elastomeric flashing membrane. FastFlash^™ allows same day installation of windows, doors and other wall assembly, waterproofing or air barrier components. Suitable for all climates, FastFlash^™ bonds directly to damp or dry surfaces and cures under a variety of weather conditions.

PROSOCO R-GUARD^® Joint & Seam Filler is a high modulus, gun-grade detailing compound that combines the best of silicone and polyurethane properties. This single-component, fiber-reinforced, Silyl-Terminated-Poly-Ether (STPE) is easy to gun, spread and tool. Use Joint & Seam Filler to fill openings and create transitions where flexible reinforcement is required to bridge gaps and provide continuity of fluid-applied flashing membranes, waterproofing or air barrier components.

PROSOCO R-GUARD^® GypPrime consolidates and seals the cut edges of gypsum wall boards where they're exposed in rough openings for windows and doors. The sealed edge makes a perfect surface for easy application of R-GUARD^® FastFlash^™ liquid-applied flashing membrane for through-wall components. GypPrime brushes on easily and is usually dry in less than 30 minutes.

R-GUARD Air Dam completes the air barrier system by stopping the movement of moist air through cracks surrounding windows and doors. Utilize AirDam in all rough openings prepared with R-GUARD FastFlash^™. Installed as the interior air sealant, R-GUARD AirDam creates a long lasting, weather-tight seal that prevents moist outside air from entering, and conditioned indoor air from escaping around window and door assemblies.

This single component, 98% solids Silyl-Terminated-Poly-Ether (STPe) is roller applied to produce a highly durable, seamless, elastomeric weatherproofing membrane on structural sheathing and back-up CMU walls.

PROSOCO R-GUARD^® StuccoPrime is a flexible primer interface that allows direct application of traditional stucco to surfaces which have been waterproofed with R-GUARD FastFlash^™ or protected with R-GUARD Cat-5^™. Cementitious or polymer-modified stuccos and mortars bond tenaciously to elastomeric StuccoPrime, prolonging the life of the exterior finish while preserving the integrity of the underlying waterproofing membrane.

PROSOCO R-GUARD^® EMERGENCY WaterStop is a high modulus, wet sealant that combines the best of silicone and polyurethane properties. This single component, 99% solids Silyl-Terminated-Poly-Ether (STPe) is easy to gun and tool in all weather conditions. EMERGENCY WaterStop seals and bonds most building materials – even when submerged in water – producing a durable, high performance, high movement elastomeric sealant.
