Leisure Woods, Inc., a family owned business, is a premier manufacturer of pre-engineered cedar gazebos. Leisure Woods, Inc. has a variety of gazebos designed to compliment the residential and commercial environment. Leisure Woods, Inc. currently manufactures two gazebo series, the LAKE WOOD GAZEBO* SERIES and the CEDAR COVE GAZEBO SERIES. A new pavilion series, the PARK VIEW SERIES will be announced in 1999.

Construction

All Leisure Woods, Inc. gazebos are constructed with a high quality, Western Red Cedar. The gazebos are manufactured in preassembled wall panels and preassembled, shingled roof panels. All holes are predrilled. The remaining trim parts are precut. All assembly and fastening hardware is included.

Lake Wood Gazebo Series: Nothing makes as grand a statement about your outdoor project as a Lake Wood Gazebo. In this series, there are ten baluster and valance designs, and five roof styles, all interchangeable to satisfy even your most discriminating customer. Even though most of us identify a gazebo as being octagon shaped, the Lake Wood Gazebos are eight, ten, and twelve sided. The Lake Wood Gazebos are also available in square, oblong, and rectangular shapes. The gazebo sizes range from 10' - 28'.

The wall sections of the Lake Wood Gazebos are constructed with clear, kiln dried, western red cedar. The wall sections are preassembled and predrilled for quick and easy assembly. The roof sections are preassembled and preshingled with cedar shingles. The interior roof panels are finished with clear, kiln dried cedar tongue groove.

The Lake Wood Gazebos are available with a variety of options, including removable aluminum framed screens, prehung doors, floor packages, modular benches, and painted, corrugated steel roofs.

Features – Cedar Cove Gazebos

Cedar Cove Series: The Cedar Cove Gazebo is "a great gazebo at a great price" and is the perfect alternative for your economy minded customer. In this series, there are five wall styles and two roof styles from which to choose.

The sizes and shapes range from 10', 12', and 14' octagons; 16', ten sided; 18' & 20', twelve sided gazebos to square, rectangle and oblong gazebos. The wall sections of the Cedar Cove Gazebo are constructed with clear, kiln dried western red cedar. For a quick and easy assembly, the wall sections are preassembled and predrilled. The roof sections are preassembled and preshingled with cedar shingles. The interior roof panels are finished with a select tight knot, tongue and groove cedar.

Some options available for the Cedar Cove Gazebo are removable screens, window screen combination, floor packages, and painted, corrugated steel roofs.

Shipping

Leisure Woods, Inc. gazebos are shipped in preassembled wall and roof sections. Gazebos are shipped in crates via common freight carrier. For deliveries in local delivery area (Northern Illinois), gazebos are shipped via Leisure Woods trucks.

Technical Information

The gazebo shall be set on a prepared wood floor, a paving brick floor, or a concrete slab. Foundation will be constructed to local codes, the gazebo manufacturer's specifications, and good construction practices for the specific site conditions. The gazebo shall be attached to the top of the prepared floor by use of screws, bolts, or brackets as specified and furnished by manufacturer.

Building codes vary widely in the USA. Leisure Woods, Inc. has attempted to design within most common codes. It is the owner's responsibility to check with code officials to see that the structure conforms. Please consult Leisure Woods, Inc. for specific design information that can assist in code approval. Certified stamped engineering drawings will be supplied upon request for a fee.
