Sort Modules
Sort modules are designed to sit atop aluminum framed and executive consoles in mailcenter and document processing environments. Available in widths from 13"- 84" and heights from 18"- 48". Variations include closed, open and Plexiglas back. Sort Modules support standard, legal and oversize shelves. Shelves can be color coded for sorting accuracy and readjust easily along full depth shelf supports.

Freestanding Sort Modules
Freestanding sort modules are designed to provide for maximum sorting capability in a minimal footprint. Available in 3 or 4 column configurations, widths between 36" - 56" and heights from 48" - 76". Supports standard, legal and oversize shelves. Shelves can be color coded for sorting accuracy and readjust easily along full depth shelf supports

Platforms
Platforms are designed to create additional worksurface space by elevating technology used in manifesting applications. Platforms can be securely attached to Hamilton Sorter's aluminum framed consoles with our unique pin-cam locking system. Available in widths of 24" to 84" and heights ranging from 3' to 18'. Variations on the platform configuration include an aluminum-extruded front for mounting adjustable keyboards.

Satellite Mail Stations
Satellite mail stations collate and distribute inbound and outbound mail and other documents away from the central mail facility. Ideal support stations for network printers, copy machines and other Active Document areas. Choose consoles in aluminum frame or all-laminate as well as many complimentary sort module options.

Consoles
Consoles are designed to support sort modules, platforms and mailing machines. Framed in contoured anodized aluminum with high-pressure laminate tops and available in widths of 24" - 84", heights of 30", 36", 42" and toe clearances of 3" or 9". Variations include open frame, half shelf, full shelf and cabinet consoles. Aluminum framed consoles support up to 1000lbs and reinforced consoles are also available for additional weight capacity. Consoles feature a variety of inset shelf options for undertable storage.

Executive Consoles
Executive consoles are all-laminate versions of our durable aluminum framed consoles. Able to support sort modules as well as mailing machine equipment. Variations include open frame, cabinet, corner and counter consoles.

Materials
Hamilton Sorter sort modules and consoles feature 1" and 5/8" thick industrial grade 40-50 lb. substrate with double-faced melamine. Worksurfaces feature 11/16" thick high-pressure laminate face with a .027 phenolic backer. Console frames are custom designed multi-cavity aluminum extrusions with satin anodized finish. Also available in silver-vein, copper vein and black powdercoat.

Hamilton Sorter features the following standard finish options with the ability to option in any laminate from Wilsonart, Formica, Nevamar and Pionite.
