The Portals Plus Parapet/Scupper
Drain is designed for sidewall roof installation to solve those aggravation
through-wall drain problems. The Parapet/Scupper Drain combines horizontal
and vertical drainage and is made up of four integral parts: the removable
angled grate strainer, heavy duty flashing clamp, drain body and the outlet
hub, which may be used at 45 degrees or 90 degrees by removing two bolts
and changing the outlet position one half rotation. The entire Parapet/Scupper
Drain is manufactured of cast aluminum which is powder painted after fabrication
Furnish and install the Portals
Plus Parapet/Scupper Drain as manufactured by Portals Plus, Inc., Bensenville,
IL, at all drain openings as shown on drawings. Scupper Drain consists
of a removable epoxy coated aluminum flashing clamp with angled grate,
with a free area of not less than 17.60 sq.in. A drain sump body 6" tall
by 11" wide of epoxy coated aluminum alloy. All scupper drains shall include
a removable cast aluminum alloy outlet hub. (Available in 2", 3" and 4").
