AR Grout 922
Commercial Sanded Grout
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AR Grout is a blend of Portland cement, specially graded silica sand and
colorfast pigments that form a dense matrix, free of any voids. In
addition, special chemicals have been added to provide for a superior
grout that offers ease of workability and clean-up, rapid cure, high
compressive strength, low shrinkage, good bond strength and color control.
AR is highly resistant to bacteria, fungus, oils and alkalies. It is
non-toxic, non-dusting and does not contain iron.
AREA OF USE
AR can be used in any installation, residential to heavy commercial, where
joint widths will be in excess of 1/8" up to 1/2" (3.2 up to
12.7 mm). For joint widths wider than 1/2" (12.7 mm) use PaverMix 928
grout. It is a specially designed, high performance colored grout to be
used with quarry, slate, pavers, brick and cement tiles for both interior
or exterior use. Only the addition of water is required to produce a dense
smooth grout. As an alternate to water, CureCrylic 938 Admixture can be
used to intensify its bond and flexural strength for installations
subjected to thermal shock. AR should be mixed with CureCrylic 938
admixture when grouting tiles with absorption rates greater than 7%.
LIMITATIONS
AR, because of its Portland cement base, should not be used in areas where
high acid resistance is required. In areas of intermittent mild acid
exposure, AR out-performs conventional sand/cement grouts. The potential
for efflorescence is inherent in all cement based products and is not
considered a manufacturing defect.
APPLICABLE STANDARDS
AR may be used in installations that must conform to ANSI 108.1, A108.4,
A108.5, A108.7, A108.10 and A118.6 H2.1.
Colors AR is available in 40 standard colors. Upon special
request, it can be custom blended to almost any color to fulfill the needs
of both decorators and architects.
Texture Powder, consisting of Portland cement, graded
silica sand, colorfast pigments, organic and inorganic chemicals.
PACKAGING
50 lb. (22.7 Kg) and 25 lb. (11.3 Kg) multi-wall bags and 10 lb. (4.54
Kg) containers.

Supreme 925
Dry-Set Grout
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Supreme Dry-Set Grout is a chemically intensified Portland cement based
grout which possesses exceptional working qualities and permanent joint
life. It is non-shrinking, non-toxic and odorless. Supreme inhibits fungus
growth and contains an inhibitor to neutralize complex heavy metal salt
stains common with some soft bisque ceramic tiles.
AREA OF USE
Supreme is used in any installation area, residential or commercial,
where joint widths will not be in excess of 1/8" (3.2 mm). It is most
commonly used with absorptive or semi-vitreous ceramic tile for both
interior and exterior use. Supreme, because of its very fine texture, is
an excellent grout for use with highly glazed tiles to produce a smooth,
dense joint. Only the addition of water is required. As an alternative to
water, CureMix 937, CureCrylic 938 or ColorCure 945 can be used to
intensify its bond and flexural strength plus improve its color intensity

CurePerfect 930
Latex-Portland Cement Grout System
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The CurePerfect Grout System marks the latest step in the evolution of
grouting systems for ceramic tile, marble and stone surfaces. It solves
the most persistent problems encountered with traditional Portland cement
based grouts by providing a product with the following features:
CurePerfect is a two (2) part system (patented design and formulation) that mixes to produce a polymer modified Portland cement grout.
The CurePerfect Grout System is a precise chemical formulation that not only offers the aesthetic quality desired of a cement based grout, but also eliminates the problems associated with past products. CurePerfect provides the ultimate in grouting performance by ensuring the complete hydration of the Portland cement in the product, thus eliminating the problems normally associated with cement grouts. CurePerfect is available in 40 standard colors. Upon special request, large quantities can be custom blended to almost any color to fulfill the needs of both decorators and architects.
AREA OF USE
CurePerfect may be used when grouting any type of ceramic tile, stone or
marble on exterior or interior residential or commercial installations.
CurePerfect grout with Sanded base may be used for medium to wide grout joints from 1/8" to 1/2" (3.2 to 12.7 mm). CurePerfect grout with NonSanded base may be used for small joints not to exceed 1/8" (3.2 mm).
CurePerfect grout is not affected by prolonged contact with water but does not form a waterproof barrier.
LIMITATIONS
Because of its Portland cement base, the CurePerfect Grout System should
not be used where high acid resistance is required. Mechanical mixers used
with CurePerfect must be 300 RPM or below to avoid entrapping air which
will weaken grouts. Mix and apply in a temperature range between 60°F
and 90°F (16°C and 32°C). Do not allow grout to freeze for
the first 72 hours.

EverWhite can be used as both a setting and grouting mortar for virtually
any tile available. It may be used for both floor or wall installations.
It is used in a mortar as thin as 1/16" to 1/8" (1.6 mm to 3.2
mm) after tiles have been properly embedded. It is water cleanable before
curing, non-flammable, and easy to work. EverWhite is not affected by
prolonged contact with water, but does not necessarily form a waterproof
barrier unless special precautions are taken to maintain a continuous film
of epoxy mortar 3/32" (2.4 mm) thick with no gaps.
AREA OF USE
Suitable backings, when properly prepared, include plumb and true
masonry, concrete, cured Portland cement mortar beds, brick, ceramic tile,
cementitious backer units, glass, steel and fiberglass. Exterior grade
plywood and gypsum board are suitable substrates in dry interior areas
only.
LIMITATIONS
