Our durable, maintenance-free pipe railing is quick and easy to install without welding.

Factory assembled railings are made to your exact specifications resulting in considerable on-site fabrication saving. Pipe rail assemblies up to 24 feet can be shipped factory assembled and/or knocked down for reassembly.

Non-welded pipe railing can be embedded in concrete and grouted, mounted on decks and platforms with base flanges, or side-mounted on fascia or stringer by means of fascia flanges.

When installing, pipe cuts should be square and accurate for minimum joint-gap. Cuts should be clean and free of chamfer from deburring, nicks and burrs. Holes should be drilled the proper size for a tight, flush fit of rivets and screws. All posts grouted in concrete must have one ¼” diameter weep hole – ½” above post collar – in the plane of the rail.

Post spacing is contingent upon code requirements. All posts should be unspliced, single pipe length. Lower rails should be a single unspliced length between posts. All top rails should be continuous whenever possible. All fasteners should be tightened so that the completed railing is rigid and completely free of play at joints and component attachments.

Components are easily assembled – without welding – by mechanical fasteners at intersections and by epoxy structural adhesive at splice joints. A wide range of fittings with continuous posts and rails will fit practically any applications. The fittings and pipe may be purchased as components for field assembly.

Special curves or pipe radii can easily be fabricated to fit your job. Pipe-Picket Railing utilize ¾” round pickets located on 6” or 4½” centers.

All posts and rails are formed from extruded 6063-T6 aluminum of 1-1/2” Schedule 40 pipe size, except for formed elbows, which are extruded from 6063-T4 is used. All railing accessories are cast from 713 alloy. All fasteners used in the system are aluminum or stainless steel.

Railings are available in the following finishes: Mill Finish, Satin Anodized, Black, Dark Bronze, Green, Almond, Brown, Sandstone, Tan, White and Light Bronze.

Delivery time will vary depending on each job’s requirements. Contact Wagner regarding availability and pricing.
