The BPS floor system is one of the most advanced systems available. The system has been designed to meet the current (2001) DIN 18032-Part II performance requirements, and still provide the longevity for which wooden flooring systems have been heralded
The CRP System offers the sports flooring industry the most advanced resilient system available today. Since the wood is a renewable resource, and the Eco pad made of recycled rubber, this system is also environmentally friendly. In fact, this "green" aspect can be advanced even further by specifying Oriented Strand Board (OSB) and Horner Smartwood Maple â a product truly designed to conserve our natural resources yet still provide the industry with the highest level of safety and performance; as is exemplified by the fact that the system passes the stringent shock absorption and ball rebound requirements of DIN 18032, Part II.
The Horner SAFE™ Laminated Sleeper Subfloor Systems are an upgraded version of the SAFE™ Sleeper System. The laminated (plywood) sleepers are more flexible and yield a higher Impact Force Reduction Factor than the standard sleeper with the same pads. The SAFE™ Sleepers are available in two varieties. In addition to the standard regular sleeper a laminated version is also available. The choice of sleeper and pad properties gives you the opportunity to fine tune and customize a sports floor.
The SAFE™ Panel System has the most advanced cushion design for the selection of specific shock absorption levels - now you can customize the performance of your Horner sport floor through a choice of three shock absorber pad hardnesses and three different load control stabilizer inserts. Shock absorber hardness values range from a relatively soft 50 Durometer, to an intermediate 70 Durometer, to a relatively hard 85 Durometer; each hardness imparting distinct characteristics to the flooring system. The cushion level provided by the pyramidal pads can be fine tuned through the selection of stablizer inserts, available in the same three hardness levels.
With the SAFE™ Panel System, your sports floor can be customized for any specific activity, from aerobics to basketball. Horner dealers will guide you through your selection or advise you which design would best equal an existing specification. Horner's SAFE™ Panel System can be adjusted to yield any level of performance; simply through proper pad and control stabilizer insert selection.
