![]() SL8800 Series Heavy-Duty Escutcheon Trim ![]() The SL8800 security mortise lock features extra heavy-duty lever escutcheon trim. Available in all mortise lever trim designs, it is designed primarily for applications in schools and other institutions where excessive abuse and vandalism may occur. The escutcheon for this lock is wider than and more than twice as thick as standard escutcheons. The SL trims feature through-bolted installation and all exposed screws are tamper-resistant Torx® security head to prevent removal. Offered with Augusta (AUSL), Jefferson (JNSL), Pacific Beach (PBSL), Monroe (MOSL), Carmel (CRSL), and Arcadia (ARSL) handle escutcheon trim. Virginia (VISL) and designer handle escutcheon trim available to special order.
