Water Repellent / Clear Penetrating Sealers for Horizontal and Vertical Concrete,
Masonry, Brick and Natural Stone
CPI Protective Treatments are used to protect building materials both horizontal
and vertical from the damaging effects of water penetration and repeated freeze/thaw.
The unique penetrating effect of CPI's water repellent / sealers forms a strong
permanent bond beneath the surface and creates a hydrophobic zone that prevents
water molecules from penetrating, while allowing free migration of water vapors.
CPI offers a wide variety of clear water repellents containing siloxane, silane
and siliconate technology in solvent and water-based formulations to better
meet the needs of today's building professionals. CPI's protective treatments
include a masonry sealer, block sealer, brick sealer, concrete sealers and
a natural stone treatment.

SILANE TREATMENTS
SW-244-20 C: Water Repellent
SW 244-20 is a 20% silane based clear penetrating water repellent designed
for the protection of buildings, bridges, bridge structures, parking garages
and other concrete structures from the damage caused by water penetration.
SW-244-20 meets or exceeds the protection requirements of the NCHRP 244 testing
standards.
Solids content by weight: 20%
SW-244-40 VOC: Water Repellent
SW 244-40 is a VOC compliant 40% silane based clear, penetrating, breathable
water repellent for use on exterior above-grade concrete (precasts, cast-in
-place, CMU), brick masonry, and some natural stones from the damage caused
by water penetration. SW 244-40 contains less than 600 grams per liter VOC,
has high coverage rates and will not stain glass or metal surfaces. SW 244-40
is an excellent concrete sealer that exceeds the protection requirements
of the NCHRP 244 testing standards.

SW-244-100: Water Repellent
SW 244-100 is a VOC compliant high solids, silane based, clear penetrating
water repellent designed for the protection of concrete, both new and existing,
from the damage caused by water penetration. SW 244-100 contains less than
400 grams per liter VOC has high coverage rates and will not stain glass
or metal surfaces. SW 244-100 is an excellent concrete sealer that exceeds
the protection requirements detailed of the NCHRP 244 testing standards.
Solids content by weight: 90-100%
WATER-BASED TREATMENTS
CP-500W: Water Repellent
CP-500W is a one component, VOC compliant, penetrating, water-based water repellent
which contains a proprietary modified siloxane. CP-500W penetrates most masonry,
concrete pores and capillaries up to 1/4 inch or more depending on surface
porosity and moisture content at the time of application. CP-500W can be
applied to new or restored surfaces, high porosity concrete - split faced
block, brick, adobe, limestone, granite, sandstone, terra cotta, stuccos & mortar.
Excellent block sealer. CP-500W can be used on most vertical or horizontal
exterior, above-grade masonry surfaces. Environmentally friendly and safe
for plants and animals.

CP-Graffiti & Water Repellent
Sacrificial Anti-Graffiti Coating
VOC compliant sacrificial coating for the protection of buildings, parking
garages, bridge structures and many other architectural structures from the
damaging and costly effects of graffiti.

SILOXANE TREATMENTS
CP-250: Water Repellent
CP-250 is a siloxane based water repellent that protects new or restored surfaces
i.e. brick, concrete, dry precast, adobe, natural stone, ceramic tile, stuccos,
mortar against damage due to penetration by water and waterborne chemicals.
It is not a surface coating. CP-250 penetrates up to 1/4 inch or more into
treated surfaces and bonds with the substrate to provide long lasting, hydrophobic
protection, even at hairline cracks. Works on partially contaminated and
pre-water repelled surfaces.
Solids content by weight: 2-5%
CP-500 Premium: Water Repellent
CP-500 Premium is a siloxane based water repellent that protects concrete,
precast, adobe, brick, stone, ceramic tile, stucco, masonry & mortar
against damage due to penetration by water and waterborne chemicals. It is
not a surface coating. CP-500 Premium penetrates up to 1/4 inch or more into
treated surfaces and bonds with the substrate to provide long lasting, hydrophobic
protection, even at hairline cracks.

SW-244 - Water repellent: brick and concrete sealer
SW-244 is a 15% siloxane based, clear, penetrating, breathable water repellent
designed for the protection of low and high porosity concrete structures
i.e. roads, bridges, parking garages, as well as, brick, lime stone, granite,
sandstone, terra cotta, stuccos, mortar and other concrete structures from
the damages caused by water penetration. SW-244 is an excellent brick sealer
and concrete sealer that exceeds the protection requirements of the NCHRP
244 testing standards.
Solids content by weight: 10-15%
NATURAL STONE TREATMENT
CP-100
CP-1000 is an odorless, water-based solution of potassium methyl siliconate
designed to treat a wide range of natural stone, masonry and cementious materials.
Solids content by weight: 5-10%
