ELIASON Easy Swing DOORS DOUBLE ACTION IMPACT TRAFFIC DOORS MODEL HCP SERIES Eliason polymer cell high impact, heavy duty traffic doors. For use in Retail, Industrial or Commercial applications. Ideal for carts, pallet jacks or motorized traffic doorways. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS ( ) MODEL HCP 10: Door body 1-1/2 inches thick with a high impact thermoplastic exterior surface bonded to a welded, high strength structural PVC frame and polymer cell core. Dual purpose gasket retainer is of a high impact plastic compound used on HCP 10 doors with a design clearance around the perimeter. ( ) MODEL HCG 10: Same specifications as HCP 10 but door is provided with a full perimeter flapper gasket seal. Gasket is easily replaced. ( ) MODEL HFG 10: Same specifications as the HCP & HCG doors but with a high strength, structural PVC interior frame. Doors are foamed in place with a non-CFC, class one urethane. Supplied with a full perimeter gasket seal. Use this door in Walk-In Coolers or for environmental control. STANDARD FEATURES All HCP Series doors are supplied with a 14 x 16 inch double glazed clear acrylic window set in black rubber molding. Easy Spring bumpers, black impact resistant material .250 inches thick, 18 inches high. Factory installed. Or 24 inch high flat scuff plates can be substituted. Bumpers & Plates two sides. All doors supplied with Easy Swing hardware complete with all fasteners and instructions for surface mounting on square, plumb finished jambs by others. JAMB CONSTRUCTION Double action doors require strong reinforced jambs at all hardware locations. A minimum of 3-1/2 inches of flat wall surface is required for securing hardware.
