D500 Wall System
BAMCO's D500 system is comprised of 4mm or 6mm composite panel, fabricated in an extruded aluminum frame with compressed internal gaskets. Applied to sheathing that includes a vapor barrier, our D500 system provides a state-of-the-art appearance and technology in a "Dry" jointed metal panel wall system. Although this system is a "Dry" joint, it is not like all other dry panel systems available on the market. Our system can be considered a "rain-screen" application, however it is fully ASTM tested to be a sealed panel system. Liquid water barriers are not required. The D500 system uses full-length, interconnecting perimeter extrusions, which reinforce the panel flanges and provide self-alignment of panels.
