Series FM Hydraulic Vertical Lift
FM features a patent pending TruPull design that incorporates two pairs of hydraulic cylinders – operating in a pull mode - to raise the carriage. FM Lift has no cables, chains or other components that can break or fail. Series FM Lifts are available with: Lifting capacities to 6,000 lbs.; Carriage sizes to 10 ft. x 10 ft.; Vertical rise to 20 ft.; Standard travel speed is 18 fpm (travel speeds up to 35 fpm are available on special order). FM Lifts are constructed with 6 inch roll-formed columns that provide precise carriage guidance, eliminate rocking and assure smooth ascent/descent. Carriage is fabricated of 6 inch structural members with steel deck plate (other deck surfaces can be supplied). Carriage is available in straddle or cantilever styles. Estimated useful hydraulic lift cylinder life is 500,000 cycles. Optional DeckLock system is available.

Series 21 Hydraulic Vertical Lift
Series FM Lifts are available with: Lifting capacities to 6,000 lbs.; Carriage sizes to 10 ft. x 10 ft.; Vertical rise to 22 ft.; Standard travel speed is 24 fpm (travel speeds up to 35 fpm are available on special order). Series 21 Lift is adaptable for mezzanines, through-floor, inside or outside applications. Constructed with 6 inch wide flange columns, oversized bearings and heavy roller chain to ensure strength, durability and long lasting performance. A torsion bar links the two hydraulic lift cylinders to equalize the load and ensure the carriage remains level at all times. Carriage is fabricated of 4 inch or 6 inch structural members with steel deck plate (other deck surfaces can be supplied). Carriage is available in straddle or cantilever styles. Available with optional DeckLock Safety System, which automatically locks the vertical lift carriage at critical upper levels and eliminates carriage drift or bounce.

Series D Hydraulic Vertical Lift
Pflow’s Series D Lift features Pflow’s exclusive guided Dual-Pak design which has no cables, chains, bearings or other components that can break or require lubrication. The carriage is lifted and lowered by dual 2 inch ram direct acting hydraulic cylinders. Lifts loads up to 3,000 lbs. Carriage sizes to 6 ft. x 6 ft.. Vertical rise to 14 ft.. Standard travel speed is 17 fpm (travel speeds up to 25 fpm are available on special order). Guide columns are 6 inch wide flange sections. Carriage is fabricated of 4 inch or 6 inch structural members with steel deck plate (other deck surfaces can be supplied). Carriage is cantilever style that can be loaded from any one of three sides depending on application. A pressure-compensated control valve regulates flow of hydraulic oil to assure smooth, constant travel speed (up or down) under any load. Ideal for mezzanine and balcony applications.

Series DB Package Handling Lift
Series DB Lift provides fast, safe lifting of small loads and packages with live load lifting capacities to 100 lbs; carriage sizes to 36 inch x 48 inch. Vertical rise to 50 ft.. Standard travel speed is 60 fpm. Travel speeds up to 400 fpm are available with variable frequency drive package.Variable frequency drive package ensures smooth acceleration and deceleration control in high-speed, automated systems. DB Lift features Pflow's exclusive dual lifting mechanism for smooth, quiet operation. DB Lift is fully enclosed, completely self-contained and self-supporting. The frame is constructed of structural steel tube. The cantilever carriage can be loaded from any one of three sides depending on the application. All components are preassembled for ease of installation. DB Lift offers a counterweighted design that minimizes horsepower requirements and saves energy cost.

Series CVC Package Handling Lift
Pflow Continuous Vertical Conveyor (CVC) is designed for high-speed throughput of totes or boxes. CVC automatically receives a load from a powered horizontal conveyer, moves the load vertically and discharges the load horizontally, all in a non-stop operation. Each load is carried on an independent moving platform connected to high strength Urethane belts. Parallel steel cables integrally molded in the urethane provide excellent tensile strength and high resistance to elongation. Using belts with pulleys (in lieu of chain and sprockets) eliminates all metal contact making the CVC extremely quiet (less than 65 dbs.) and easy to maintain (no lubrication required).

Series F Mechanical Vertical Lift
Series F Mechanical Vertical Lift features four-corner support for vertical lifting of heavy, bulky, oversized loads. Series F Lifts are available with: Lifting capacities to 30,000 lbs.; Carriage sizes as required; Vertical rise to 200 ft.; Standard travel speed is 15-20 fpm (travel speeds up to 400 fpm are available on special order). The carriage - which can be loaded/unloaded from all four sides - is lifted and lowered by heavy roller chain attached to a mechanical lifting mechanism. Guide columns are 6 inch wide flange. Carriage is fabricated of 6 inch or 8 inch structural members with steel deck plate (other deck surfaces can be supplied). Optional DeckLock system is available.

Series M Mechanical Vertical Lift
Series M Mechanical Vertical Lift is designed to transport large, heavy loads between two or more levels. Ideal for high-cycle, automated systems or frequent use applications. Series M Lifts are available with: Lifting capacities to 8,000 lbs.; Carriage up to 10 ft. x 12 ft.; Vertical rise to 200 ft.; Standard travel speed is 25-30 fpm (travel speeds up to 400 fpm are available on special order). Guide columns are 6 inch wide flange sections. Carriage is fabricated of 4 inch or 6 inch structural members with steel deck plate (other deck surfaces can be supplied). Carriage is available in straddle or cantilever styles. Optional DeckLock system is available.
