MicroStar™ LED lighting are super bright white lights, ideal for accenting indoor or outdoor railing applications. These systems are available in 12v and each draws only .02 amps. Each MicroStar™ has an expected bulb life cycle of 50,000 hours or 12 years of 10 hour/day usage. They provide sufficient levels of light to illuminate railing features without hot spots and dark shadows. The addition of MicroStar™ LED lighting is both functional and architecturally creative.
Through multiple field tests, these units can be subjected to water for extended periods of time, while remaining functional. Being completely waterproof and encased in a type 316 stainless steel housing, these lights are able to stand up to the most demanding environments. The patented MicroStar™ systems are delivered already installed within the top rail and need only to be connected between railing sections. They can be powered by solar power or with our 110v transformer. Control can be established by timer, relay or switch.
Small in Size
Measuring only 1/4" diameter and 7/8" in length, these units can fit almost anywhere with ease, even into curved surfaces.
Low Wattage
Each MicroStar™ unit draws only .02 amps. Twenty-five MicoStar™ lights draw only 10 watts.
Longevity
Long lasting LED lights have an expected life cycle of 50,000 hours or 12 years of 10 hour/day usage.
Durability
MicroStar™ LEDs are completely waterproof and encased in a 316 stainless steel housing.

Note: MicroStar™ LED lighting is not standard on systems, but optional. When ordering, make it clear that you want MicroStars™ included in your railing system. Sections arrive pre-wired and ready for easy connection.
